About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Security Manager to join our team at Amazon.
As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the security of our data centres and ensuring the safety of our employees and customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement security strategies to protect our data centres and infrastructureManage and oversee the work of security officers and vendors to ensure compliance with security policies and proceduresCollaborate with internal teams and customers to develop new processes and deploy new technology to improve securityDevelop and track key security metrics, including program reviews and testing of security controlsOversee the work of cleared and uncleared vendors, contractors, and Amazon employees to ensure compliance with security requirementsRequirementsExpertise in physical security systems, including facility security installations, surveillance systems, and electronic access control systemsDemonstrated track record of growth and increasing responsibility in a dynamic operating environmentAbility to manage 24x7 security operations, including short-notice response to emerging operational issuesProven ability to influence business partners and supporting teamsAustralian Government Security Vetting Agency clearanceWhat You'll LoveYou will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills and expertise, and make a real impact on the security of our data centres and infrastructure.
