We are looking for a detail-oriented dispatch associate with order processing experience to join our team.

What you will doReporting to the Warehouse & Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Dispatching of all new, remake and repair orders, accessories and sales and marketing goods to customers by the required datesHousekeeping tasks - storage of impressions, filing of device and repair orders, picking lists and delivery dockets to ensure integrity of dataAssist in other areas within the Dispatch and Logistics Departments as required and directed by the Logistics Team LeadMaintaining and following work safe practices, report any potential hazards to supervisorWhat you bringCommunication skills and high attention to detailExperience in order processingExperience in Salesforce or similar systemsERP system knowledge is an added advantageWho we areAt WS Audiology, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
