As the culinary captain, you'll expertly handle schedules, people, and their unique personalities while coaching and elevating your team to the exceptional level required of a Varsity Employee.ResponsibilitiesThe Multitasking Maestro: Command a team of energetic and diverse personalities. Fearlessly lead them and orchestrate the kitchen to greatness Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring unwavering adherence to the highest food and safety standards.The Food General: Seize control of food orders and ensure our kitchen is perpetually stocked and primed to create irresistible burgers and tantalizing pizzas. Supervise food preparation and cooking, guaranteeing each burger patty boasts perfect juiciness and every pizza crust achieves a satisfying crispness.Roster Hero: Embrace the challenge of crafting rosters like a superhero. Execute with precision and finesse, flawlessly hitting KPI targets for staff labor and food costs. Exercise your power over food wastage, utilizing every ingredient to its maximum potential.The Kitchen Detective: Conduct venue audits like a shrewd detective, savoring each dish, inspecting every nook and cranny of the kitchen, and taking meticulous stock.Administrative Whiz: Tackle administrative duties with swiftness. Handle approvals, payroll reports, emails, and calendar management with unwavering organizational prowess. Recruit, hire, and train new kitchen heroes.Seeker of Knowledge: Lead by example, inspiring Assistant Kitchen Managers, Chefs, Cooks, and BOH Team Members to follow in your culinary footsteps.
