Catalyst Metals owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia.
The Company produces 110koz of gold annually from two operations – the Plutonic Gold Mine in WA & the Henty Gold Mine in Australia.
It also holds the Four Eagles Gold Project in Bendigo.
The Company plans to bring four new mining areas at Plutonic into production over the next 12 to 18 months, growing Group production to 200koz of gold.
The Role
Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor – Fixed Plant, the Electrician is responsible for completing electrical maintenance and installation tasks in all surface operations (including the village), by ensuring all work practices/procedures meet statutory, Company OHS&E and Company operational standards within the Surface Maintenance Department.
A permanent full-time position.

The ideal candidates will have:
Electrical Trade Qualification Minimum 3 years of Electrical experience on a mine site Working at Heights and Confined Space Ticketed Demonstrated application of safe working procedures and inspection techniques Sound understanding of Fixed Plant maintenance principles and their application in practice Sound knowledge of the operation of fixed processing plant equipment HV switching ticket Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations If you are ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
