Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented, self-directed growth marketing leader to drive demand, awareness and adoption of Amazon Web Services' (AWS) cloud computing platform across Australia & New Zealand (ANZ).
This is a highly strategic opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business.
As the Head of ANZ Growth of Marketing, you will be responsible for the growth marketing priorities including regional campaigns, audience marketing and operational excellence including lead flow, demand governance and capacity planning across startups, developers, small businesses and enterprise customers across ANZ.
You will be responsible for defining and driving growth marketing programs, and you will lead a team of marketing managers focused on the area.
You will also partner with marketing leaders and teams in other regions of Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ).
You will partner closely with key members of the ANZ leadership team, and will be responsible for working with the local field sales teams, as well as working with APJ corporate teams, to deliver marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads in your market.
The right candidate will have successful experience in results-driven marketing and partnering with sales teams to drive growth in new regions, as well as an unbridled passion for technology, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Key job responsibilities Plan, develop, and execute growth marketing strategies to target technical and business decision makers and developers
Lead the ANZ regional expansion and implementation of global & APJ-wide campaigns
Lead the implementation of technical and non-technical marketing campaigns (Product & Persona-based motions)
Lead the team-wide view on lead flow, demand governance, lead queue performance & demand capacity planning
Lead, manage and mentor a focused, agile marketing team
Work closely with sales, Partner, technical teams, and APJ-wide counterparts to ensure alignment and execution of broader sales, business and marketing strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 9+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, ideally marketing B2B technology products or services
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of studyDemonstrated success in marketing management, developing marketing strategy, digital marketing, event management, product management, lead managementDemonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investmentsExperience of operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrixed global organisationDemonstrated ability to increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable marketing results.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience communicating results to senior leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
