PAE is currently looking for a full-time permanent National Service Manager.

The Service Manager's key responsibility is to ensure the safety and compliance of all service and aftersales activities, with a strong focus on enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:
Leads and role models a culture of zero harm through effective risk management and consultation with the team regarding all health and safety matters (for people leaders) Ensures own safety and the safety of the team and broader network (including customers and contractors) by complying with all safe work practices, policies, procedures and instructions (for all roles) Ensure team have the relevant level of skill, training and accreditation for required work The safe operational activity of the team Communicate the businesses strategic growth plan Influence and manage the team to deliver the strategy/business plan The implementation of correct procedures to ensure all works are performed safely and by competent people Is compliant with all relevant WHS&E procedures Maintains a competency register for service technicians at all sitesEnsure the register is up to date with current equipment Develops and maintains accurate training programsNew service technicians New equipment Existing Develops and maintains accurate skillset matrix for all Precision supplied equipment for all states Ensures SWMS's are current, valid and signed off by ALL technicians Responsible for the maintaining the SDS's for the chemicals onsite Approved contractorsPrequalification, insurances, Licenses, schedule of rate Annual qualification – Inspection and validation of works Hold the team accountable and drive for results, even as business conditions change Support all branch team members and the broader network to achieving the objectives for the business Utilise relevant measures and indicators to drive business and personal performance Build knowledge of Precision customers and actively advocate their service interests Visibly lead and role model the Precision commitment to safety Maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Represent the company externally as required Articulate and reinforce behaviours between each site to ensure a consistent approach to opportunities Develop and maintain the current systems, processes and controls to ensure the success of all sites and team members About you:
You are committed to the provision of a Healthy and Safe Work environment.
You will have demonstrated leadership and management ability, including technician knowledge You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or leadership position within a service division/trade.
You will have extensive business development experience, with the ability to maintain and grow internal and external relationships.
You will be conscientious with a driven attitude, and a keen eye for detail.
You need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a cool head when working under pressure.
