About the Company: Our client is a top-tier refrigeration contractor renowned for delivering major refrigeration projects across the industrial sector throughout New South Wales.
With a strong reputation built on quality, innovation, and reliability, they are known for working on large-scale industrial refrigeration projects that set industry standards.
The Role: Senior Mechanical Engineer As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of large-scale industrial refrigeration projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a close-knit design team, working alongside seasoned experts in the field.
You will be responsible for leading projects under the guidance of the Group Engineering Manager, ensuring that the designs meet client specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of industrial refrigeration systems for large-scale projects.
Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring all technical and regulatory requirements are met.
Collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative refrigeration solutions.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers within the team.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the design of refrigeration systems for large-scale industrial projects.
Proven experience in the design of ammonia refrigeration systems is essential.
Strong knowledge of relevant Australian standards and regulations.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
