So join our team and build your careers with usDivision:Boral Constr Mat LimitedDepartment:QUARRIES QLDWork type:Permanent - full timeLocation:BrisbaneBoral Quarries have a great opportunity available for an experienced Allocator to join our high performing team located in Milton, Brisbane.This fast paced, dynamic and rewarding position will see you responsible for the allocations of up to 120 trucks on a daily basis.Your day will involve:Identifying and delivering flexible, effective allocation models and service opportunitiesDeveloping and fostering effective intra/intercompany relationships with our delivery partners in sales and operationsEnsuring timely and accurate customer communications are aligned with effective allocations to exceed customer expectationsForward planning to provide efficient and effective logistics and resource allocationFacilitating order fulfilment through effective order scheduling to maximise volume, profitability and customer serviceEnsuring key customers have service expectations consistently met and identifying additional sales and service opportunitiesWhat are we looking for?Fleet allocations and scheduling capabilityPrevious logistics experience including chain of responsibility, fatigue management and mass management knowledgeExperience in the transport or construction industryGood knowledge on QLD metropolitan geographical areaAvailable to work varying shifts between our operating hours of 5.30am – 5:00pm and rotating Saturdays 6am - 1pmAbility to manage competing priorities and work in a fast paced and changing environmentBe prepared to work flexibly within a team and contribute to achieving shared goalsWhat's on offer?Join an organization unwaveringly committed to health, safety, and environmental excellenceEmbark on a compelling and dynamic career with a prominent leader in the national construction industry, presenting authentic pathways for career growth and developmentSeize the chance to be part of a collaborative team environment within an organization devoted to both the safety of its employees and the impeccable delivery of work quality for our valued customersAbout Boral QuarriesBoral is Australia's leading quarry operator, with 76 quarries, sand pits and gravel operations, supplying about 30 million tonnes of product annually.
