We are seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor for one of Perth's leading earthworks and civils contractors.
The business is privately owned with a strong reputation gained over 40 years of delivering civil construction projects in the Perth metro area.
Our client is keen to speak to candidates with a proven track record delivering large scale subdivision projects to lead a project located North of the River in Yanchep.
The Role
Lead and supervise / coordinate site personnel, plant, materials and subcontractors daily.
Attend site meetings and send weekly progress reports to Management.
Assist with materials procurement and quality documentation.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with site programs.
Maintain site records and responsible for onsite OH&S documentation including toolbox meetings.
Manage projects and ensure programs, productions and budgets are met.
Skills Required
Strong planning and organisational skills is essential, including recording site progress.
Experience in Subdivisional works and both Bulk Earthworks and Undergrounds.
Ability to read and understand drawings and construction programs.
Solid safety focus and experience.
Ability to work flexible hours and willing to operate plant and equipment if required.
Strong communication skills with site personnel and subcontractors.
Valid driver's license.
Having Current Senior First Aid is desirable.

Perth metro located North of the River Salary Range: $120K-160K dependent on experience Company car, phone and laptop included Superannuation
