Based in Davenport, you will enjoy a part-time role that combines on-the-floor time with dedicated non-contact time to support the program.
This brand-new program will operate Monday to Wednesday, and you will support a team focused on nurturing children's strengths, interests, and social connections while teaching values that reflect the community - kindness, resilience, and teamwork.
You will be well supported to succeed in your new role and have opportunities to grow and develop as part of the Tasmanian Early Learning team.
A Service Leader/ECT will lead the program and support you to be part of a team of like-minded professionals.
Your skills and experienceYou're a skilled Diploma Qualified Educator with a track record supporting early learning programs.
You will also bring with you:
Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.Click APPLY to submit your interest and we'll be in touch shortly.
