Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview: Yurra is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Karratha, Roebourne, and Wickham Facilities Maintenance teams, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable completion of all key maintenance indicators.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and allocate daily and weekly resources to meet client requirementsConduct weekly site inspections and uphold quality control across contractsBuild and maintain effective relationships with client stakeholdersSupervise and mentor team members in safety practices, quality control, and facilities maintenance techniquesAssist with quotations for existing and prospective clientsPromote a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and incident reportingFacilitate performance management and succession planning within the teamDrive health and safety initiatives through regular tool-box meetingsAbout You: Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning or landscaping with supervisory skillsStrong project management, planning, and organisational skillsExcellent interpersonal, written, and communication abilitiesCustomer-focused with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomesC-class driver's license, Construction White Card, and National Police Clearance requiredTrade Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent experience preferredRelevant high-risk licenses, such as MSIC, pest management technician license, and Rio Tinto / Woodside inductions, are advantageousThis is a locally based role; candidates must reside in the Karratha / Dampier / Wickham / Roebourne area.
