They provide exceptional service to their clients and work as an integrated company where their core values are present throughout the business, ensuring success for not only their clients but their people too.About the ProjectThe objective of this project is to successfully transition two legacy registry systems to a new registry system, as well as transitioning the book of business from acquisition business. Included in this project is to automate key processes to enable the business to scale without significant increases to operating costs and achieve its strategic plan objectives. The project has significant delivery milestones, with the first being Feb 2025, followed by the transition of the legacy systems.The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery of the program of work and achieving the key outcomes/benefits. The successful candidate will be required to lead a highly complex program of work and multiple delivery streams including data migration, digital and automation, vendor platform configuration and integration, reporting and analytics, environments and infrastructure, testing, training, change management, and implementation/hypercare. Must possess exceptional leadership skills and be able to effectively manage and influence key stakeholders, sponsors, and project team members to ensure alignment and buy-in to the project objectives.Experience RequiredPrevious experience in delivering large-scale transitions with significant organisational change.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.Solid grasp of risk and change management and the ability to deal with uncertainty and volatility in the program environment.Managing project finances in excess of $10 million.Data migration experience.Testing experience.Registry operations experience.Must Have Skills10+ years of project and program management experience.Experience in highly regulated industries.Governance and risk experience.Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated experience working with the executive level and clear, concise communication.QA and test experience.Technical understanding of data.Industries (must have proven experience in the below industries)Financial Services (10+ years)Insurance (10+ years)How to ApplyPlease click 'Apply' to submit your resume online AND email at ****** for a confidential discussion.Have an impact Looking to work with one of Australia's best brands in the insurance sector?
