Secondary Visual Art & Junior Music Teacher – Macarthur Adventist College (Sydney)
Role Description
Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Greater Sydney) Ltd is seeking a creative, dynamic, and experienced educator to teach Visual Arts and junior Music at Macarthur Adventist College.
Commencing in Term 1, 2025 and with opportunities for ongoing employment, experienced teachers and early career teachers are both encouraged to apply.

Application Requirements
The successful applicant will hold a formal teaching qualification (degree level), a current Working with Children Check in NSW, and be currently registered (or eligible to register) with NESA to teach in NSW.
It is preferable that the successful applicant be a baptised and practising member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, or a practising Christian sympathetic to the unique Seventh-day Adventist identity of the school.
The successful applicant will:
have demonstrated ability to collaboratively design and deliver engaging, differentiated student-centred learning; have strong communication, administration and interpersonal skills; cultivate a nurturing and safe classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and empowered; have experience in delivering high quality lessons to Years 7-12; demonstrated capacity to meet the professional expectations of the teaching profession as expressed by AITSL and NESA; and commitment to the Christian ethos and mission of the school.
