THE OPPORTUNITY
As our eCommerce Trade Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our online growth, optimising customer engagement, and delivering a seamless omni-channel shopping experience.
You'll lead the eCommerce trade team, manage marketplace partnerships, and use data-driven strategies to ensure we achieve our ambitious sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute eCommerce strategies and budgets in collaboration with the Head of eCommerce.Drive online and marketplace sales through effective trading activities, promotions, and agile responses to performance trends.Identify and onboard new marketplaces to expand digital presence and sales opportunities.Optimise site experience to enhance user engagement, conversions, and average order value (AOV).Provide actionable insights through regular reporting on customer behaviour, sales trends, and market activity.Partner with creative, cross-functional, and external teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and SEO optimisation.Collaborate with buying and planning teams to align product releases with stock drops and trading objectives.Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing eCommerce trade team, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.ABOUT YOU Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms and marketplaces, with expertise in tools like Shopify and AP21.Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach.A track record of delivering results in complex and agile business environments.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Passionate about staying ahead of eCommerce trends and driving continuous improvement.WHY JOIN THE DREAMTEAM We champion five core values: Honesty, Bravery, Integrity, Innovation, and Optimism.We're committed to your growth and offer continuous learning opportunities.When we grow, YOU grow—be part of our phenomenal success story.Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our culture.
