Operations and Strategic Finance ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Operations and Strategic Finance Manager to join our team at TWS Evolution Blayney, & ThinkWater Orange, NSW.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial and operational leadership to support the growth and success of our organisation.
You are a results-driven leader, ready for a change of scenery and a chance to make a real difference - this is an opportunity to lead with impact in a location that offers both professional growth and quality of life.You will work directly with the Managing Director to ensure financial performance, seamless operations, and develop strategic plans to support sustainable growth across two established businesses.
You will provide leadership and coaching to administration staff, site and mechanical staff.What you'll be doing:Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business performance and profitability.Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.Manage the accounting team and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, insurances, and internal policies.Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organisation.What we're looking for:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA or CA qualification.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance or operations management role.Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and analysis.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in financial software, developing project data analysis tools.What we offer:Competitive salary and bonus opportunities.Comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance, 5 weeks leave period.Opportunities for career development and advancement.Supportive and inclusive family business culture.Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance initiatives.About us:TWS Evolution has over 40 years of expertise in civil construction solutions focused on water, sewer and pumping infrastructure across NSW.
