CPL Choice, Passion, Life - is a not for profit providing integrated disability services and support to help people of all ages to maximise their potential. We are now looking for a values-driven HR Advisor to join our small, highly effective HR BP team.
What would I be doing? Based out of our Townsville Office, you will be working within the wider People, Learning and Culture Team, reporting to the Human Resources Team Leader. You'll be providing contemporary advice and guidance to management and employees regarding legislation, our policies, procedures, and values to ensure our employees can provide the best possible service to our clients.
This means, no day is the same, giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself in some complex case work. You will be responsible for a geographical area of Service locations, providing quality value added Human Resource advice through the entire employee life cycle.
Experience of workplace investigations in a large complex organisation is required, alongside the ability to draft policy and deliver projects.
