The client relationship coordinator, reporting to the General Manager - Operations is responsible for overseeing (alongside the operations manager) the logistics and supply of deliveries for our Key Accounts in Victoria and South Australia.
This role is critical in ensuring clients maintain adequate supplies for continuous operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Understanding client needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Delivering savings to the customer through Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Internal and client KPI reporting
Liaise with clients on any NCR's and offer any solutions moving forward.
Management of internal NCR system
Analyse current process and develop new procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Assisting the General Manager in sourcing new business and implementation.
To actively identify and pursue renewal and extension business from existing customers.
To identify and communicate business development opportunities
Develop, prepare and deliver proposals and presentations
Bulk Delivery Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and transportation of bulk product shipments from production facilities to client locations efficiently and on time.
Silo Level Management: Utilise online telemetry systems to monitor and manage silo levels at client sites, ensuring data accuracy and timely adjustments to order volumes.
Client Usage Monitoring: Implement tracking systems to accurately forecast and record client requirements, facilitating proactive decision-making.
Stock Availability Assurance: Guarantee that clients maintain a consistent and ample supply to prevent operational disruptions, liaising with production and supply chain teams as required.
Provide support to logistics schedulers in creating, monitoring, and optimising schedules.
