We are one of the leaders in HR & WHS consultancy across the globe with over 135,000 clients and 3,500 employees worldwide.What will your day look like?Manage a team of in-office and field-based employment relations experts. You will ensure that the team supports small to medium businesses across Australia with their complex ER/HR challenges.Typical responsibilities include:Manage and support the wider team with your expertise in Employment/Industrial relations.Conduct seminars and other marketing opportunities, which may include media appearances, as allocated to you, in a professional manner.Look for opportunities to grow the team and the overall department.Work with and support other areas of the business, including our employment relations advice team.Your story so farThe perfect fit for this role will have:Prior demonstrated experience running employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management.Prior experience managing ER/HR professionals.A strong understanding and working knowledge of National Employment Standards and the ability to interpret the Australian Modern Award systems.Developed good commercial acumen in a professional environment.A degree in HR or equivalent (Industrial Relations, Employment Law, etc.).Why You'll Love Working Here:We believe everyone has the capacity to be better every day.
