Account & Relationship Management (Sales)Full timeWe are a busy growing global company with locations across Australia. We require a motivated customer-focused salesperson (problem solver) with a mechanical background to take on this important role. We specialize in equipment for the surface treatment and application industry, including abrasive blasting, spray equipment, and specialist application equipment. The products we sell are diversified, making this role very interesting.This role is based in our Pinkenba office servicing Queensland and reports directly to our National Sales Manager based in Melbourne.Experience:At least 2 years experience in an account management sales roleTrade background well regardedSome experience in a spare parts sales environment with pumps or similar is also well regardedFamiliar with sales registers, price lists, and forecastingAble to meet deadlines and budget targetsResponsibilities:Demonstration of new equipmentAble to prepare quotations and budget forecastsProblem-solving abilityPlan and prioritize client visitsCall reporting and feedbackSkills:Effective time managementDemonstrable problem-solving skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressureComputing skills – basic Excel, Outlook, finance & CRM packagesCustomer-focused, understands the relationshipGood oral and written communication skillsAttributes:Well presentedAble to read a roomAble to learn on the jobGoal-oriented, results-focusedEffective team player & contributorOpen & must be hungryWhat we offer:Competitive package with sales incentives & leave loadingTools of trade - Laptop, Phone, FMCVOngoing training on products and best practicesInvitation to join a collaborative motivated team with a growth mindsetIf you want to be part of a strong close team, and not just a number, then this is the place for you.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as an account manager?Do you have experience in a sales role?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?How many years' experience do you have in a client services/account management role?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
