A leader in the fire services industry for over 40 years, we provide efficient and reliable maintenance and servicing of fire equipment to our clients throughout Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW as well as national project installation services.

Key Responsibilities We require a suitably qualified Fire Sprinkler Fitter tradesperson with a strong service focus to install and service wet fire protection systems to retail, residential, industrial, and commercial clients.
You will interact professionally with clients and colleagues and will represent the company with integrity.
In accordance with Australian standards and within the scope of your licences, your key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Monthly, 6 monthly, annual, and 5 yearly servicing of fire sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, pump sets, and combined systemsInstallation of wet, dry, deluge, and gaseous sprinkler systems and associated equipmentAbility to perform annual services of diesel fire pump engines (preferable but not required)Interpretation of construction drawingsProfessional client interaction and liaison with site personnelReporting on your activities, compliance issues, and health & safety mattersThe ideal candidate must have: A valid Open Driver's LicenceA current QBCC Licence (Must have or Can Obtain)Knowledge of Australian standards and codes relevant to the fire industryAbility to manage a team and supervise apprenticesWell-developed interpersonal skills and ability to lead and deal with a range of peopleThe ability to work autonomously with a pro-active approach to managing deadlinesGood understanding of the construction industryThe ability to read/interpret plansA high degree of health and safety awarenessA level of fitness to be able to undertake a broad range of physical tasksPlease be advised that shortlisted applicants only will be contacted.
