Purpose of Role: The primary focus of the role is customer training in acute hospitals across Ireland.
This is an ideal role for someone seeking to advance their training and education skills in healthcare.
Full training will be provided, this will include travel to our supplier's premises, typically in mainland Europe.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Onsite customer training & support for Cardiac Service portfolio of medical devices (including patient monitoring, ECG, defib and simulation).Respond to customer queries/issues in a timely & professional manner, provide customers with advice on products and ensure product configurations are appropriate for their clinical placements.Communication & interaction with colleagues to monitor planned installations and schedule training with customers.Provide clinical support, insight & education to colleagues across the business.Maintain professional registration as appropriate and establish & maintain certification, for customer training, with all required suppliers.Maintenance of training records in electronic and/or paper format.Participation in Clinical Education programs, delivered to customers and colleagues.Contribute to the development of the Training & Education Team, participate in improvement projects and commitment to the principle of continuous improvement across the business.Role Requirements: Clinical qualification in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline & minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role.Ideally a third level qualification in Nursing, Education, Training, or a related discipline.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong customer focused approach.Well organized with excellent attention to detail.Knowledge & experience of MS Office platform.Full, clean driver's licence, this role will involve travel throughout Ireland.Cardiac Services Since 1969, Cardiac Services Group has been a trusted name in providing cutting-edge health technology in Ireland and the UK.
