We provide highly-trained staff across various roles including Housekeeping, Rooms and Public Areas.LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services focuses on providing excellence to its clients and a supportive and team-oriented environment for our people.About the Role...We are currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated and hands-on Housekeeping 2IC/Room Attendant to help head up the team in Melbourne - VIC. The role is critical to the success of this hotel. The 2IC will cover the Housekeeping Manager's days off and will do supervision and room attendant on the other days. This is a great opportunity to upskill and learn to become a Housekeeping Manager in the future. Must be available weekends.About You...You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.MUST be available to work a rotating rosterPossess full Australian working rightsExcellent grooming and presentationTo succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:Passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detailShow proven effective and positive inter-departmental relationships with previous hotel teams, including General Manager, front office, and MaintenanceDemonstrated leadership skills: lead the team from the front, drive performance and productivityExcellent staff management to drive performance excellence in quality and productivity including training, development, rostering, work allocation, and performance improvementStrong time management skillsAccurate record keeping in relation to room counts/payroll & billing, and proven previous management of daily payroll to ensure compliance with the Hospitality Industry General AwardAbility to maintain the standard operating procedures within the department and in accordance with CLIENTS requirementsExperience in leading workplace safety, adhering to policies of the CLIENT and LUXXE.
