It's the kind of environment you'll miss while you're on holidays.Your RoleReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role of the Head of Financial Control and Operations will be a broad one requiring you to be 'hands-on' and in the detail, but also a strong commercial business partner to the leadership team and board.You will be principally responsible for leading the accounting and procurement functions and for ensuring effective controls and accurate reporting to support commercial decision-making.Financial Control and OperationsCommercially minded senior finance leader to lead financial control and procurement teams of the business.Development and enhancement of the financial control environment and corporate governance framework.Management of a small team of two qualified accountants, to deliver a world-class finance accounting function.Oversight of all core accounting areas - month end close, half year and year end close, cash-flow management.Process improvements with a view of automating non-value add processes where possible.Financial Reporting (including all associated ASX reporting).Maintenance of GL master data and finance systems.Your ExperienceStrong Finance leader with 15 years plus experience.
