About the role This role requires a highly motivated individual to provide subject matter expert advice on injury and health management objectives in relation to WorkCover and business requirements across the organization.
In this diverse role, you will: Manage injury and claims managementContribute to the physical and mental health of employees through wellness initiativesOversee the HSEQ systems to ensure they are up to date, functional, and our people know how to use themMaintain policies, procedures, and other applicable documentationEnsure HSEQ compliance and accreditation training is up to dateAssist as required in investigations, audits, reviews, hazard identification, risk assessments, and controlsCollate HSEQ data and reportsAbout You: The successful candidate will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Certificate IV in Health and Safety - or currently studyingReturn to Work Certificate - highly regardedExposure to HSE computer systems (Rapid, ASNA, SharePoint, Noggin, etc.
