Location: Tantula Rise is a 120 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Alexandra Headland, Sunshine Coast QLD.

Responsibilities:
Participation in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic plans.
Supporting residents to engage in their leisure and lifestyle choices and activities.
Supporting staff and volunteers in the provision of leisure and lifestyle programs.
To be successful, you'll need:
Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Cert 3 in Individual Support (essential).
Previous experience in Aged Care.
Experience working with memory support (dementia) highly desirable.
Positive energy in your work.
