One of Australia's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio across commercial, education, health & government projects, up to $200M, with a strong pipeline of secured work in Perth.
Having operated in WA for a number of years, they've carved a reputation as Perth's leading Tier 2 builder of choice.
Due to continued growth, and a new project awarded they are looking to hire a Site Manager to join their thriving team.
Roles & responsibilities: Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveriesLiaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on scheduleDevelop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holdersWorking closely with the Project Manager managing the construction programEnsuring high standards of OHS compliance on site Desired experience: Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential.
Ideally completed projects within new build commercial valued in excess of $50MProven experience as a Site Manager working on commercial projects from start to finish.
Proven experience of effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, has proven experience of effectively controlling site safety What's in it for you? $180k - $220k + Super + Bonus (negotiable depending on experience)Opportunity to work on land mark projectsCareer growth Close knit team environment
