Workplace Advisory Specialist

We are looking for an engaging, collaborative and driven Clinician to provide a range of workplace initiatives including management of high-level complex intake, triage and clinical coordination of Assure's services, managerial and executive support, individual counselling and coaching, critical incident response, onsite support and training, and facilitated discussions in focus sessions.You will have regular and active involvement with multilevel key stakeholders including our internal support teams, Assure Customers and our affiliate APM Group businesses.What you'll bring:Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social WorkCurrent AHPRA registration or AASW membershipBroad experience providing individual coaching and support for personal and work-related issuesA strong understanding of workplace and organisational dynamics and performance frameworksAbility to work collaboratively to identify solutions and opportunities to effect positive proactive and reactive personal and workplace improvements with our customers and clientsExperience in Critical Incident Response and trauma-informed interventionStrong leadership/management experienceThe ability to analyse and interpret data and key trendsReport writing and program designThe ability to partner with customers and key stakeholdersDemonstrated commercial acumenWhy Join Assure:Assure is a fast-growing, quality-focused organisation where you will have ready access to ongoing professional development to enhance existing skills, develop new skills to support your career goals, and have the opportunity for ongoing career progression across our wide range of health businesses.
