About the RoleWe are expanding our close-knit Payment Development team.
Currently on offer is an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer to innovate, create and operate our payment systems.
This role is integral to develop payment solutions for our products and services.
The ideal person is someone who understands specific traits of payment engineering, unique integration protocols and the end-to-end flows together with all involved parties and their technical and financial relationships.
We want to build a payment processing system that is correct, reliable and stable - important elements for a great customer experience.
Hybrid work arrangement is available.
However, as part of onboarding and collaboration, you need to be on-site at our Macquarie Park office 5 days a week until you have demonstrated the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities include: Participates in creating architectural guidelines with technical leadership and investigates industry best practices and innovations when developing product.Designs, develops, and modifies complex quality software applications by applying fundamental computer science techniques.Leads creative problem solving and participates in product design.Works independently with little direction.Actively participates in code validation and code reviews.Actively participates in process improvement activities and monitors process adherence.Identifies and creates complex shareable solutions with cross functional teams improving effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.Escalates concerns, anticipates roadblocks, and creates possible solutions.Assists in preparing project estimates and provides feedback on less experienced team members. About You5 to 7 years of experience as a .NET full stack developerStrong expertise in .NET 6 and/or 8, 9, async programming and ASP.NET MVCGood working knowledge of GITExperience in at least one of REACT, Flutter, Next.js and Angular or any other latest front end UI development technologyExperience in Serial/COM Port Programming, TCP/IP Networking, OSI Layers is desirableAbility to use tools and practices profiling APIsStrong analytical skillsExcellent techno-functional understanding of the productExperience working with globally distributed teams is of significant interestExperience in RDBMS such as MSSQL, ORM / Entity Framework, WPF is desirableExperience in Azure is desirableExperience in Windows 10 IoT Enterprise is nice to have PerksHybrid work arrangementEmployee reward and recognition program where awarded points can be redeemed for rewardsTailored EAP for employeesSparks Leadership Workshop for future leadersQuarterly company-wide social events and regular team get-togetherCorporate flu vaccine voucherOpportunity to work for a diverse and inclusive companyEveri is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
