The Responsibilities Construction cost & buildability assessment of early concept designs including cost estimates for feasibility purposesActively build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetingsPurchaser/client/tenant variations scope, pricing & deliveryChairing/attending meetings of builders and design consultantsMonitor and implement detailed programs for Design, approvals, procurement, and construction.Cost control and cash flow managementOverview and guide consultant input including - design/recommendations/solution and response in a timely mannerIdeal Skills/Experience At least 5 years in managing new built-form projectsPrior experience in managing a full project lifecycle in built-form.High-rise development experiences favorableExceptional stakeholder management skillsLeadership experience, managing a team of project managers and contract administratorsTertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalentContract management & strong negotiation skillsStrong analytical & problem-solving skillsAble to manage a project teamThe Benefits High energy and results-focused businessAttractive salary packageClear leadership & goal orientated businessLonger-term career progressionIf you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Jordon Bourke on .
