Conveniently located next to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and seamlessly connected to Brookfield Place commercial and retail precinct, Parmelia Hilton offers a sophisticated retreat from the city hustle and bustle.
It is also home to Samuels on Mill, a renowned brasserie-style restaurant and bar whose seasonal menus celebrate the finest of West Australian makers and produce.
Beyond dining, our hotel boasts 308 five-star guest rooms, including 10 suites, an Executive Lounge, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness center, and a dedicated events floor.

Responsibilities: As Event Operations Supervisor, you will help ensure that the work environment is safe, happy, and productive by: Supervising on-shift team members, assisting and following up on any issues incurred or queries raised.
Being there for our team members, offering support and encouragement where needed, and ensuring that they are happy in their department.
Ensure proper equipment use and team conduct that is consistent with OH&S practices, departmental procedures, and brand standards.
Assisting your managers in ensuring timely completion of brand-required training, including the monthly Blue Energy Learning Conversations and job skills checklist for new starters.
Rewarding and encouraging your fellow team members for positive behaviour and excellent results
Work towards your replacement – identify, train, and develop so that you may build your career.
About You: Australian working rights (minimum 10 months).
MUST have RSA certificate.
Hospitality/Tourism or Hotel Management Certificate or equivalent (desired).
2 years experience in any supervision experience (desired).
Approved Managers (desired) or willing to obtain.
First Aid Certificate (desired).
Able to start immediately with great availability.
