Move Forward is a partnership between Ben Gabrovec with Tom Edwards, Peter Owens, Felicity Kermode, and Aaron D'Rozario.
Over the past 15 years, this partnership has grown to 14 successful clinics.
BENEFITS FOR YOU Move Forward is renowned for having the most comprehensive private sector education program in Perth.
We established our PD program with the belief that both experienced and recently graduated physiotherapists require comprehensive specialized training to become excellent private practitioners.
The program is presented chronologically and incorporates 4 streams of training:
Orientation and pre-start training to prepare you for the role,2-year professional development program designed for new graduates but suitable for all levels of experience, with a strong focus on Private Practitioner Specific training,Ongoing professional development sessions covering a range of topics with guest speakers including specialists, GPs, radiographers, and medical equipment presentations, andOne-on-one mentoring sessions that will continue for the course of your employment.The program's most intensive training and supervision occurs during the first six to twelve months, with greater independence as the program progresses.
All training and PD, including orientation, is held in paid working hours.
The program is tailored to each applicant's level of experience and requirements.
We understand the constraints and restrictions many clinics face in training and supporting their staff, and at Move Forward Physio, we pride ourselves on creating an environment for our Physios to develop as clinicians and grow into professionals who have pride in their job and see it as a fantastic long-term career.

We have a great team at Move Forward Physiotherapy, with staff regularly getting together for exercise classes, our social sporting teams, and most importantly, regular social events all funded by Move Forward.

GIVING BACK PAY IT FORWARD Every Move Forward Physiotherapist will have one patient currently receiving free Physiotherapy in our PAY IT FORWARD program.
We hope our PAY IT FORWARD program will inspire our patients to contribute good deeds in their local communities.
