We are looking for individuals who have a commitment to safety and a desire to make a positive difference in our community.
As a Swim School Instructor, you will have the opportunity to work across our multi-venue programs and help children and adults learn the lifesaving skill of swimming.
Duties will include but not be limited to: Effectively deliver swimming lessons in line with Council's Swim School Instructor Manual.
Ensure set up and pack up of all equipment is done in a timely and safe manner.
Actively participate in Swim School Team Member in house training.

You will have: The ability to swim 25m Freestyle, 25m Backstroke & 25m Breaststroke.
The ability to teach children in a group class environment.
Excellent verbal communication, organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A current Working With Children Check Clearance number.
A current Swim Teacher accreditation from Royal Life Saving, Swim Australia, AustSwim or other recognised licence provider.
A current CPR certificate.
What's on Offer: Flexible Casual Opportunity.
$36p/h + 11% superannuation Penalty rates earned on weekends.
Ability to apply for higher hourly pay rate after 12 months of employment.
