Legal Assistant – Corporate – National Law Firm
Full time, Permanent Well known national firm in the heart of Perth CBD.
Support a well-respected Partner whilst working on complex & interesting matters.
The Firm This long standing law firm has a history of attracting quality staff to support their blue chip client base.
With the ability to provide services across commercial, property and litigation, this law firm is well known nationally
The Role Supporting a highly respected Partner, this opportunity will allow you to work across a variety of corporate advisory matters.
You will have the opportunity to provide a high level of support and become actively involved with client and file management.
Duties Document management – dictation, drafting and amending of complex documentsCollation and preparation of large contracts, agreements and documentsDiary management including coordinating meetings and travel arrangementsFile and database management – hard copy and electronicTime sheet entry and client billingSkills & Experience 12 months + experience as a legal secretaryStrong technical skills including a fast and accurate typing speedProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication, organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail together with a proactive and flexible approach to your work ethicApply online, click on the appropriate link.
