QA Strategy Development: Develop and drive the strategic vision for engineering quality assurance at a global level, including audit sample automation, staged performance testing, and continuous integration.
Trend Metrics & Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate quality performance across all regions. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on QA effectiveness, risks, mitigation and non-compliance closure performance.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies for engineering quality.
