Safety, Transport, Operations, Project Management, Property, Maintenance & Store teams, material & equipment vendorsLead client scope confirmation sessions, conduct gap analysis, and manage scope changes with documentation and escalation as needed.Lead reviews with key workstream leads including engineering peers, and operations; may include presentation to senior leadersOversee equipment installation and commissioning, including any necessary problem solving / testing of automated material handling equipmentCommunicate effectively relevant project information to leadership and customersWhat you'll bringProven experience in warehousing, production, and manufacturing operationsKnowledge of warehouse / manufacturing facilities & supply chain network design principles, material handling technologies, pick methodologies, work measurement, labour management, and slotting.Experienced in Safety-in-Design principles and their application within operational environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and expertise in root cause analysis.Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating solutions clearly.Effective stakeholder engagement skills, fostering support and advocacy without formal authority.A functional understanding of AutoCAD is desirableBachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution is highly desirableEndless possibilities with Woolworths GroupWe're a proud part of the Woolworths Group - 200,000+ bright minds, passionate hearts and unique perspectives working together connected by a shared Purpose - 'to create better experiences together for a better tomorrow.
