You'll be joining an efficient and collaborative 20 person engineering team that's building the platform to solve the world's toughest healthcare challenges.You will:Be a key architectural voice in designing robust and scalable software.Work closely with cross-functional teams in product, design, marketing, creative, analytics, and operations to build the best telehealth experiences for our patients.Build tools for internal Euc employees including doctors, health coaches and the medical operations team.Iteratively build new features, balancing rapid prototyping with stability, security, and modularity.Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing amongst the wider team.About you (Who you are)A problem solver at heart.Ability to ideate on our products.Capable of engaging in considered and productive discourse with others on a regular basis.Adaptable.Several years in a similar role at other startups, scale-ups or software companies.A Fullstack Software Engineer, capable and willing to contribute to both frontend and backend code bases.You own what you ship and have been involved in the full product lifecycle.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Why you should join EucOur teams are incredibly passionate.We move at incredible speed.We will invest in your career.We are all owners.We play as hard as we work.We'll have your back when you need us the most.At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings.
