Adaptive Physiotherapy and Performance is growing, and we are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team in Port Macquarie with a diverse caseload ready.
With a focus on evidence-based, client-centered care, the role includes clinical supervision, professional development opportunities, peer mentoring, and daily support as part of a fun, growing, and dynamic team.
We are currently looking for:
Early Career Physiotherapist (1-4 years' experience) with interest in Disability, Paediatrics, and Musculoskeletal/Adults Senior Physiotherapist (>4 years' experience) with experience in Disability, Paediatrics, and Musculoskeletal/Adults The role:
Providing patient-centered Physiotherapy services including in-clinic sessions/rehab gym, home visits, hydrotherapy, surf therapy, and community-based programs all in beautiful Port Macquarie (5 minutes to the beach and cafes) Provide assessments, interventions, and therapy for Paediatrics and Adults with a diverse range of disabilities. Deliver educational sessions and programs for parents, coaches, staff, and teachers. Evidence-based clinical supervision and development program included. Generous Professional Development Allowance. Full-Time and Part-Time Options Available (Flexibility in working hours). Requirements for the role:
Experience as a Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible delivery of Physiotherapy services and ability to work with a diverse caseload – In-Clinic/Rehab Gym, Home Visits, and Community; Park and Beach. Special interest in Paediatrics and disability is ideal. Effective time management skills. Ability to maintain up-to-date and confidential client records. Familiarity with working with NDIS, Reporting, and AT Applications. Flexible and approachable manner, good communication skills, and looking for an enjoyable, satisfying role. Current drivers' licence, working with children's check. This is a great opportunity for a suitably qualified and passionate candidate to join our growing team.
