With its stunning restaurant and adaptable event areas, this group is dedicated to delivering unforgettable moments and exceptional service, whether for a delightful meal or a memorable event.We are seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to lead their pastry team and elevate their dessert offerings in the production kitchen Responsibilities: Develop innovative pastry menus in line with their culinary vision.
Supervise and mentor pastry chefs, fostering creativity and collaboration.
Ensure highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and ingredient quality.
Collaborate with culinary leaders to create memorable dining experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends to innovate our pastry offerings.
Ensure production is done in a timely manner and delivery expectations are met Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role in high-end restaurants or production Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, trends, and ingredients.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Passion for creativity and innovation in pastry arts.
Culinary training and certifications preferred.
