As Senior Analyst Payroll (Superannuation), you will provide support and insights into complex payroll and superannuation related matters. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the requirements of the business are correctly interpreted, documented, and validated and for building key analysis tools and using these tools to provide data and analytics insights across Payroll. This position will have a focus on Superannuation to support business as usual activity and project related activity and interaction with our external stakeholders.You'll HaveTertiary qualifications in HR or Business-related discipline.3-5 years' experience in a similar role.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both verbally and in writing.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple complex analytics tasks across multiple data sets.Knowledge of Qantas Super DB divisions is desirable.High level of autonomy, accountability and ownership.Strong payroll functional and technical experience desirable.Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.Why Qantas?You'll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
