Whether it's a customer's first home, their fifth, or an investment property, you'll have countless opportunities to support their dreams.Work for a dynamic, future-focused bank with a strong community focusExcellent opportunities for career progression and ongoing developmentInclusive, supportive, and transparent leadership team with a great employee experiencePermanent, full-time roleAbout the roleAs a Lending Specialist with Hume Bank, you will work closely with our customers to assess their lending requirements.By delivering outstanding customer experiences and identifying products that meet their needs, you will be part of a customer-centric team dedicated to building and strengthening customer relationships, as well as generating growth in the local market.This is a permanent full-time role, based across our branch network in the Albury-Wodonga region.What you can expectProvide exceptional customer service in a timely and accurate manner and respond to our customer's needs through all stages of the lending cycleProactively identify and match relevant products and services to meet customer needsBuild and maintain strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and grow local relationships, identifying and nurturing new opportunities within our local and wider communityAbout youExperience within a lending environment as a lender, personal banker, analyst, or similar role would be advantageousAbility to build strong genuine relationships and manage customer interactions from enquiry through to application, and beyondA 'can do' attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive, and collaborative team environmentExisting knowledge of the current responsible lending legislation (desirable)About UsAt Hume Bank we've always believed the future is bright.
