WHAT DO WE NEED? Our Seaford site requires a Business Performance Manager (commonly known in the industry as Centre Manager), with proven experience in managing a high volume Repair Centre within a rapid environment.
Our leaders are responsible for achieving the highest level of quality standards and customer satisfaction for the individual Repairhub site, whilst driving exceptional performance outcomes from the team.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED Previous experience in a similar site leadership positionTrade qualification in either Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly advantageous.Computer literate, excellent people management skills and strong customer serviceAppropriate Australian working rights and valid drivers licence In return for your commitment to us, you will receive a very attractive salary package, good career outlook and work in a supportive team environment.
