An exciting opportunity is available for a Sales Representative to join a successful sales team, focusing on General Practitioners and allied healthcare professionals. Organise and execute the necessary educational functions within the allocated budget. Meet the required standards for sales calls, which may involve travel and working away from home based on business needs. Plan and coordinate events, such as dinner presentations and medical center luncheons. Collaborate effectively with the territory team to achieve collective success. Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Continuously enhance and maintain a high level of technical and professional expertise, including selling skills. Requirements: Educational Background: Hold tertiary qualifications, ideally in Science, Medicine, or Business. Relevant Experience: Experience in Respiratory or Diabetes is a plus, though not essential. Pharmaceutical Expertise: Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales. Territory Management: Experience in field sales or territory management will be highly regarded. Resilient & Persistent: Demonstrate resilience and perseverance in the face of challenges. Interpersonal Excellence: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Learning Aptitude: Show a keen ability to learn complex technical information and master selling techniques.
