Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality administrative support services including accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement and inventory management and sales order processing to Central Pharmacy and its state-wide client base.Job detailsPosition status: Fixed Term TemporaryPosition type: Full-timeOccupational group: AdministrationClassification: AO5Workplace Location: Not specifiedJob ad reference: QLD/QLD/609495Closing date: 08-Jan-2025Fortnightly salary: $4046.40 - $4402.60Job duration: Fixed term temporary full time until 25/05/2025The successful candidate will provide effective leadership, management and supervision of the Central Pharmacy Administration team through appropriate delegation and workload management to ensure quality outcomes are produced within designated timeframes.Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:Proven ability to provide sound leadership, management and development of administrative support services and staff to enhance service delivery within an inventory management and service delivery.Ability to quickly acquire and apply high level knowledge in purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, sales and distribution, resource management and financial reporting practices.High level of interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with team members and clients.Proven ability in the use of computerised information systems in support of inventory management, financial reporting and human resource management, and the ability to link them to improve efficiency.Proven ability to complete work within agreed timeframes, manage competing priorities and ensure attention to detail.Qualifications, registrations and other requirementsWhile not mandatory, previous experience would be beneficial.It may be a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against one or more of the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment: measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (chicken pox), pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B, tuberculosis.Please detail any visa conditions you may have if you are not a permanent resident.We understand that some people may require adjustments to the workplace or the way the work is performed.
