Our purpose is to prepare resilient global citizens, who are innovative thinkers with a heart for servant leadership.Job DescriptionABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:We are seeking a friendly and professional administration assistant to join our team in the role of International Services Officer, commencing in early January 2025.
This is a part time position Monday to Friday during school term, plus 8 weeks during school holiday time - 0.88 FTE.As the International Services Officer, you would be responsible for the provision of a broad range of administrative services in the International School (SPIS).
You would work in consultation with the Director of International Education for the day-to-day organisation of Study Tours and the administrative requirements of the High School Preparation (HSP) Program; and with the Registrar (International) for the administration of Study Tours.
The prime roles are to:Work as part of a small, dedicated, and efficient team in the day-to-day running of the International School;Provide reception, general administrative support, and assistance in the International School;Be the public face of the International School by providing a high level of professional service to students, overseas agents, and international families on site.To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate that you have the following skills and qualifications:Administration and reception experienceA professional and courteous phone mannerA high level of organisational and interpersonal skillsA high level of communication, written and verbal skillsAbility to find solutions through creative thinking and collaborationICT proficiency in Microsoft suite, ability to use or learn databasesExperience working with International students in an education or training environment would be highly regardedAbility to speak a second language is desirable, but not essentialApply now to join our wonderful team:Submit your application via this advert and answer the application questionsApplications will be assessed daily and the advert will close when suitable applicants are identified.IMPORTANT INFORMATION:St Paul's School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all the students in our care.
