We are investing in new and existing capabilities and have a number of exciting opportunities available.
The role of the Senior Stylist is to produce, style and manage the photography and video assets for content for the Mimco e-commerce site and marketplaces.
This role and the delivery of high-quality, on brand assets are key to support the strategic and commercial goals of the business particularly online sales.
The Senior Stylist will also produce, style and manage additional content for Mimco where required.
Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Accountabilities
Product Styling & Photography Work back with the Creative Manager to conceptualise creative concepts for all e-comm shoots including sets, light reference, hair & make-up references etc.
Manage pre-production of shoots including procurement of talent and crew, developing timelines and scheduling shoots.
Develop styling direction.
Prepare all styling documents and ensure styling of accessories and accompanying apparel reflects Mimco brand.
Attend & direct shoots with a focus on product styling to ensure each shoot reflects Mimco brand & commercial goals of e-commerce sites.
Manage all post-production elements including retouching and asset delivery across all assets.
Content Creation Produce and style additional content as required to support Marketing & Brand campaigns.
With the Creative Manager, develop creative concepts including sets, light reference, hair & make-up references etc.
Manage shoot pre-production including location, procure talent & crew, preparation of the styling documents.
Attend shoots with a focus on product styling.
Manage all post-production elements including editing images post shoot, re-touching and asset delivery.
Sample Management Lead the Styling Assistant to ensure all samples are managed in terms of receipt, care, collation and return post shoot in a sellable condition.
Support the Styling Assistant to ensure styling room is maintained.
When required, assist with the use of samples from PR room for shoots.
Budget Manage the e-commerce shoot budget.
Ensure accurate budget forecasts and invoicing are completed in a timely manner.
Key Capabilities
Previous senior experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry, working on shoot production and styling.
Passionate about creative and styling.
Well-developed time management and organisation skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
