Are you currently based in or willing to relocate to Darwin?Look no furtherSustainHealth are seeking an experienced Regional Home Care Manager for our client based in the NT.Benefits:Paying $140,000 PA + super + salary packagingIf you are not currently based in Darwin, relocation assistance will be providedDedicated consultant to help you through the recruitment processResponsibilities:The Regional Manager – Home Care (RMHC) is responsible for the effective management of Community Service Programs, including human, financial and material resources.Identify and implement strategic opportunities for the programs, foster a healthy and safe workplace for all staff and volunteers, and plan, coordinate, and evaluate the delivery and standards of the service.Ensure the managers within Community Services are providing services consistent with the relevant legislation, quality framework, and funding guidelines.You will be a strong leader and have prior experience in the management and mentoring of a large and diverse clinical team.Requirements:Bachelor of Nursing QualificationDiploma in Management / Leadership or demonstrated experience of 3 years +Demonstrated experience driving high performance and managing Community Program PerformanceDemonstrated experience in leading a diverse team of peopleWho are we?SustainHealth Recruitment offers nurses across Australia the opportunity to make a difference to people who are in critical need.
