About the role
Working alongside a talented pastry team, you will spend your days surrounded by ganache, glaze, meringue, mousse and everything you need to create exquisite bakery and pastry items.
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking amazing menu items in a timely manner.
Your passion for food will be evident in every dish you prepare and we will welcome your creativity and flair.

About you
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment Energy and passion for the Hospitality Industry Excellent personal presentation and an eye for detail Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure Must be eligible to work in Australia You will also have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
