Portfolio Manager

About the Role:Our client, a leader in property management, seeks a skilled Portfolio Manager for their health-focused properties.
You will ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic enhancement of a diverse portfolio, providing end-to-end property management services.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Ensure statutory compliance, maintain high standards of presentation, and provide timely reporting.Development, Divestment, and Acquisitions: Facilitate smooth transitions and oversee documentation processes.Tenant Engagement: Manage tenant communications, approve payment plans, and resolve escalated issues.Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain risk management procedures.Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, handle complaints, and communicate effectively.Financial Management: Monitor P&L, approve work orders, and manage budgets.Team Management: Conduct team meetings, provide mentoring, manage performance, and support professional development.Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Property, Project Management, or related fields.5+ years of commercial experience in the property/building industry, preferably in health-focused assets.Certificate of Registration (Agent's Rep) and current Driver's License.Experience in portfolio and team management.Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.Knowledge of sustainability practices and WHS in facility management.Benefits: Opportunity to work with a leading property management firm.Engage in diverse and challenging projects.Supportive and dynamic team environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.APPLY NOW or call Milli Hargreaves on for more information or email your CV to .
