Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity Our Aussie Retail Mortgage Brokers are the go-to brokers within their local communities.
Working primarily from an Aussie retail store, you will:
Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiriesBuild a client pipelineSupport customers with their lending needs and guide them through the home loan journeyYour Skills and Experience A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required.
If you do not have a Certificate IV, we can provide instruction on how to obtain itExperience in lending, sales or customer service will help you achieve success in this roleA strong drive to build and grow a successful mortgage broking business is essentialA desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams is the most important criteria of allWhat's in it for you? In this self-employed, commission-based role, you'll be remunerated based on loans settled, so you have control of your earning potentialOur industry leading onboarding program will see you in front of customers from week two, and our new starters are averaging 8 lodgements in their first 8 weeksYou'll receive ongoing mentorship and guidance from your store's highly experienced, successful franchiseeYou'll receive customer leads to support you in building a client pipeline.
