In this role, you will lead the multi-year Enterprise Transformation Project in the AUSPAC Modernisation.
This role will focus on managing transformational initiatives that require collaboration, coordination and delivery within time, budget and aligned to business objectives and outcomes.Your new roleAs Head of Transformation Projects, you will be responsible for the delivery of the multi-year Enterprise Transformation project (ETP).
You will also :Manage the execution and delivery including risk management, 3rd party vendor management and ensure delivery against the program objectives and outcomes.Lead a team of project resources to effectively deliver including identifying and managing risks and dependencies.Empower the team, support and mentor the program resources, role modeling QBE's values and leadership capabilities.About youTo be successful in this role you will have significant experience in Business Transformation, including Project Management, coupled with relevant :Significant experience in Project / Program / Portfolio management for large scale, complex programs of work.In-depth knowledge and experience in Program Management Execution, including experience in operating with software development lifecycle (SDLC).Strong leadership to motivate and inspire the team to achieve long term goals.Experience of working effectively with all levels throughout an organisation including Senior stakeholder management experience.About QBEWe can never really predict what's around the corner, but at QBE we're asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future - helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.
